Pierre Shea is the founder and president of AZTEC Group Inc., a Quebec-based executive leadership and business management firm. He works alongside business owners and leadership teams when they need experienced leadership to navigate change, address a management gap or move an important initiative forward.
Pierre brings more than 35 years of business management experience, including over 20 years managing businesses before founding AZTEC in 2012. As an entrepreneur, business owner and executive, he has held direct responsibility for day-to-day operations, people, performance and growth. Today, he applies that experience through fractional and interim leadership mandates, providing practical support and taking an active role in execution.
His work in Canada and internationally spans manufacturing, industrial services, chemical industries, engineering and construction, heavy equipment, metals and mining, energy and renewable energy, and wholesale. His responsibilities have included general management, business development, sales and marketing, operations, manufacturing, project management, financial oversight, and the planning and execution of growth strategies and organizational change.
