Pierre is the founder and president of Quebec-based Aztec Group Inc., a consulting firm dedicated to providing interim management assistance to business owners, executives and managers striving to overcome business challenges, and efficiently manage and grow their companies.
As an entrepreneur, a business owner and an executive level manager Pierre’s experience stems from 25 plus years of managing businesses on a day-to-day basis. Experienced in working nationally and internationally Pierre has extensive knowledge in a wide variety of industries in particular in manufacturing and industrial services, engineering and construction, heavy equipment, metals and mining and energy/renewable energy & resources. Since 2012 Pierre has dedicated his experience and knowledge to helping businesses in a consulting capacity.
Pierre’s experience encompasses roles and functions with responsibilities for sales & marketing, business development, operations, manufacturing, project management, engineering, financial oversight, startups, general management as well as planning and execution of key business directions, growth strategies and their implementation.
