Here is what we are looking for in an independent consultant :

• You offer similar consulting services to ours or complementary services in similar industries and market sectors
• You have 15+ years of day-to-day management experience including a minimum of 8 years at an executive level
• You have a minimum of 5 years experience as a consultant
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and an avid interest in putting your experience, skills and knowledge to help companies and managers through challenging times, growth development stages and organizational efficiencies
• As a consultant you easily and rapidly built trust and confidence and adapt quickly to your client’s organization needs and cultures
• You have the ability to work efficiently with people at all levels in an organization
• Honesty, integrity, respect, commitment, professional excellence, teamwork and transfer of knowledge are key parts of your values
