Here is what we look for in an independent consultant:
- You provide consulting services similar to ours, or complementary services within similar sectors and industries.
- You have over 15 years of experience in day-to-day business management, including at least 8 years at the executive level.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant.
- You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are eager to apply your experience, skills, and knowledge to help companies and their leaders navigate challenging times, achieve growth milestones, and improve organizational efficiency.
- As a consultant, you quickly and easily build trust and adapt to the needs and culture of your clients' organizations.
- You have the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Honesty, integrity, respect, commitment, professional excellence, teamwork, and knowledge transfer are core values for you.
